On September 3, 2026, THAI Catering welcomed executives and 40 sales staff from the Cooking Master team (Kitchenware and Appliances Department), Central Department Store Group for a site visit and cooking workshop at THAI Catering, Suvarnabhumi.
The event aimed to provide firsthand experience in catering production and management, inspiring the team to elevate their sales and customer service. The program featured two main activities:
- Cooking Workshop: A demonstration and hands-on cooking session for two special dishes: Spaghetti Squid Ink Drumstick with Tomkha Cream Sauce and the Thai dessert Ta-go Tub-tim.
- Site Visit: A comprehensive tour of the operations, including packing and loading processes.
