Our Research & Development team executes research activities and develop knowledge-based food products including services/process for the organization

The main roles and responsibility are research analyzing, planning, and implementing new programs and protocols into the organization and overseeing new food industry trend in order to improve existing products and study potential of new products. We aim to maintain business competitiveness, which means keeping an eye on developing food trends, and on products launched into the specific markets.

Therefore, we work closely with Production team and Marketing team to create tailor-made products according to various requirements from our value customer airlines and other business partners.

Our Research & Development team consists of not only Food Science personnel but also Arts personnel, Knowledge of the both academic fields is the significant key to empower the team and create the most effective and satisfied products serving our passengers and customers in global and local markets.
