On November 27, 2024, Team Lead of Research & Development hosted the Partners Product Showcase at Kanom Chor Muang Room, THAI Catering, Suvarnabhumi Airport. This event aimed to enhance cooperation among key departments, to select high-quality products and raw materials, to elevate THAI Catering’s cuisine while ensuring the highest standards and exceeding airline customer expectations.
Representatives from 12 suppliers participated, showcasing a selection of premium products, fresh ingredients and innovative food technologies that could be integrated into production processes to improve food quality and THAI Catering services.
